What is 412teens.org?

412teens.org is a resource for young believers who are looking for answers about life, relationships, and everything else. Our goal is to encourage teens, teach them from God's Word, and equip them with timeless wisdom and biblical practices.

We're a part of the Got Questions Ministries network. Our mission is to glorify God by providing biblical, applicable, compassionate, and timely answers to spiritually-related questions about topics of interest to young believers. We aim to encourage healthy physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health in every young Christian we encounter. Our beliefs align with the Got Questions Ministries Statement of Faith.

What does the "412" in your name stand for?

“Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”

The "412" stands for 1 Timothy 4:12. Young Christians are valid followers of Christ too and have so much to offer this world. Teens can be incredible witnesses to God's amazing grace, love, and mercy. We believe that teens are an invaluable part of the future and offer perspectives that can bring God's goodness and wonder into the world.

Why should I trust 412teens?

We're worth trusting because our site has been tested, verified, and cross-checked. Many younger believers have told us they find 412teens content helpful, encouraging, and, in some cases, life-saving.

We don't offer gossip, pointless sex talk, scandals, AI slop, or tabloid clickbait. We foster healthy discussions, block bullies and trolls, and delete unkind or unhelpful comments and posts. A website that relies on shock-factor and negativity to gain traffic is not reliable.

We try to clearly show where and how our views are taken from the Bible. Where the Bible's not clear, we do our best to acknowledge that. When people offer constructive criticism, we take it into account and consider it seriously. We also seek to fulfill 2 Timothy 2:15 and the call to be "approved...rightly handling the word of truth." (If you wanna know more, you could just go read this. LOL)

How can I be a part of the 412teens community?

Our goal is to help facilitate a safe and healthy online community of Christian teens from around the world. Young believers ages 13-19 are welcome to join our private Discord server, and anyone who cares about teens (ages 13 to adults) may join our public Discussion board. You can also follow us on YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or Facebook and leave comments there.

Please keep your comments and discussions kind and respectful. Our mods won't hesitate to timeout, block, or ban those who can't contribute positively. So don't even bother saying hateful, bullying, or otherwise unhelpful things; they will be automatically deleted. Aggressive, hateful, or abusive behavior on the Discord server will definitely result in being banned without notice. Trolls will not be tolerated.

Let's encourage one another and build each other up (Hebrews 10:23-25) through healthy conversations and sharing personal growth and experiences.
